What is your role in the Hameau du Renard Blanc?

Raphaël: I am the privileged interlocutor of our guests who stay at Le Hameau, from the moment of booking, through the welcoming at the property and continuing throughout the stay. It is a close relationship that we build with our customers to compose with them their ideal vacation. We exchange on their desires for adventures and relaxation to organize a program at their image. Our knowledge of the region allows us to give the best advice on the different activities and organize memorable days: ski day and transfer to the slopes with a gourmet lunch break, snowshoe adventure under the stars in winter sharing “vin chaud” in an Igloo, hikes to contemplate breathtaking view on the Mont-Blanc or even explore the region by electric mountain bike! Nothing is left to chance, from booking a chef to delivering groceries, everything is done so our guests don't have to worry about anything else than enjoying their time in the Alps.

How would you define the notion of "tailor-made stay" at Le Hameau?

Raphaël: It is a true desire that emanates from such a property, we strive to offer unforgettable experiences. The configuration of Le Hameau allows us to organize family stays in the cocoon of your chalet as well as stays for larger groups by configuring a chalet to meet all together and enjoy moments of conviviality. Le Hameau can also be privatized for seminars, corporate retreats, or events up to 34 people. From an intimate stay or to meet with friends or collaborators, we organize memorable experiences in line with your needs!

How do you guide your clients on which chalets to choose?

Raphaël: Our chalets are all designed for the greatest comfort of our guests and offer an equal service. They do however, have their own specifics. From 6 to 10 people, they are all equipped with spas with stunning views on the mountains. The living rooms are the central area of all the chalets, designed to be together and spend unique moments. The choice of chalet is the first step in our relationship with our guests. We guide them according to their needs: for a stay with small children the Silver Fox is ideal with its playroom; for a stay with friends or teenagers the White Fox with its large double living room allows you to be together as well as relax in separate spaces. The Grey Fox allows an intimate stay with its 3 master suites.

Our role is to guide you toward the ideal chalet for an exceptional stay. Whether you dream of a restful family vacation or escape with friends, the Hameau du Renard Blanc imagines with you a tailor-made program with activities that suit you: sports, nature, relaxation, ... The delivery of your ski equipment in the comfort of your chalet, your ski passes and the reservation of a gourmet break on the slopes, yoga classes and massage to relax after a day of skiing and much more!
